The boss lady, that’s who

Made on request from a friend for his wife. I always want to make these requests into something more interesting than just a boring sign. So I made layers. The black piece has the words cut out and mounted onto a backing board painted white. The word “She” and the embellishment are cut from wood painted red and glued on.
