More faux stained glass

My second shot at creating a faux stained glass look with wood and resin. I learned lessons from the lion and decided I needed something in the back of the piece that would be better than clear tape. But it couldn’t be wood as that negates the stained glass effect. So I decided that I piece of plexiglass should do the trick. So I cut the flowers from 1/4″ baltic birch. Painted both sides black them glued it thoroughly to the plexiglass. Then I poured in the resin going from lightest to darkest colours and letting each harden before moving to the next. This kept the leakage under the wood into the adjoining area to a minimum. I kept the plexiglass attached and just painted the edge black to match the wood. It worked out pretty good and actually does look like stained glass. If I were to change anything, I would have made the light pink on the flowers a little darker.
