A Beachy Rental

This was a request from my sister-in-law. Her and my brother recently acquired an investment property in Oceanside, California that they will be renting as an Air BnB. The locals call Oceanside “O’Side” and their property will be called “The Reef”. Hence “O’Side Reef”. She asked for something “beachy” for a finish so I went all out with a textured spray paint that looks like actual sand and then painting with blues and white for the water and waves. It turned out pretty good. Each letter is about 8″ tall. Cut from 1″ thick baltic birch plywood.
